Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times (wagering requirement) before a withdrawal is allowed. For example, a BDT 1,000 bonus with 20x wagering means you must place BDT 20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus claims from the same IP address or device across multiple accounts are not permitted.
• Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days, after which they will expire.
• The welcome bonus is available on the first deposit only.
• Cashback bonuses may have reduced wagering requirements or none at all.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus and any winnings earned from it being forfeited.

Inactive Account Policy

An account with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive. An administrative fee of BDT 100 or 5% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted monthly from inactive accounts. Logging back in will reactivate the account.
